All those sexy things about being postpartum
Show Notes

This is a BONUS episode focused on labor, delivery and the first weeks postpartum. Full show notes. I talked to Kaela two days before her son, Finn, was born and then again six weeks post-delivery. She generously shares details of her bodily experiences of labor, delivery and postpartum. Get all the information usually not discussed until you are in the proverbial mom's club. If you want to listen to Kaela’s first episode, jump back to Episode 11: Too late to be asking dumb questions.
